Last month, Rob Kardashian was sued by a paparazzo who claimed he physically attacked her and stole a memory card from her camera when she was attempting to snap pictures of him from outside the Beverly Hills gym where he was working out. But Robbie Rob showed up in court and alleged he is NOT guilty of the battery/theft charges being brought against him!
Luckily for the Kardashian, the judge is allowing him to remain free, even though the prosecution wished otherwise.
The fate of Rob will begin to be determined at a pre trial scheduled for May 29.
Oh man, we wonder if Rob will actually spend time behind bars if he is found guilty? Naaahh… he just needs to hire Lindsay Lohan's representation if it comes to that!
