On Sunday 26th February, from 10am, the mountain will once again open its doors to approximately 500 people when they come to attend the bi annual Bridal Expo that will be hosted at the Vonda Youngman Community Centre.
This free event showcases many of the wedding venues situated on the mountain and 50 or more wedding service suppliers who are either local to, or regularly work here.
Tamborine Mt differs from nearly all other areas by having a dedicated group of quality wedding businesses that have banded together for over 15 years forming The Tamborine Mountain Weddings Group.
This group has been successfully promoting the mountain as a premier wedding destination for local, interstate and overseas brides and grooms during this time, watching the popularity of this local industry grow by leaps and bounds.
Not only do the brides, grooms and guests have the opportunity to peruse all their wedding needs at this bridal expo, they are then able to enjoy the gardens, parks and waterfalls, the cafes, wineries and shops….and possibly the interesting weather…… that are a part of the allure of Tamborine Mountain.
